Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were disappointing regarding cleanliness with stains, chipped tiles, and scratched furniture, although spacious and well-organized. The service was a mix of helpfulness and bias, affecting the overall experience. The location is perfect for accessing the main gate to Haram easily, but the hotel itself is not ideal in terms of cleanliness and room arrangements. The dining experience had some positives, especially in variety and proximity to key locations.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were very comfortable with a king bed and great amenities, but the cleanliness fell short with stains, chipped tiles in the bathroom, and scratched furniture. The location, though busy, was convenient, yet I expected a cleaner room given the traffic. The service was top-notch, especially from Hassan and Manager Adel at reception, and Ghazi Al Harbi and Jassim at housekeeping, making me feel very welcome and attended to. The dining experience offered a good variety despite serving cold dishes at times. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The view facing AlHaram was spectacular, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, but the WiFi was limited to only three people which was a drawback. The service was not very helpful during check-out and there were some unmet promises. The location was superb, just steps away from AlHaram and very strategic. The dining experience was delicious but could offer more variety. Overall, a great stay with a few minor issues.
The hotel offers much bigger rooms with more amenities at a lower price, which is something the Hotel Management should consider. However, room readiness was delayed until after 5.00 pm, and the parking area is too small.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were eventually pleasant and well-equipped, the check-in process was frustratingly delayed until late afternoon. The ambiance was classy and relaxed once settled. The service, while mostly friendly, had a hiccup with room allocation. Overall, a decent stay with some setbacks.
Staying at this hotel beside our Prophet Mosque in Medinah was an experience of mixed feelings. While the room was eventually upgraded to a very spacious and bright suite after some delay, the promises made were not fully kept, leaving a bit of disappointment. The service, however, was outstanding with exceptional housekeeping staff but with a slight inconvenience regarding breakfast times. The location near the Prophet's Mosque was ideal for Ziyaarah, though cleanliness was a bit lacking. The dining experience was simply amazing but slightly affected by poor waiter service. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
The hotel is conveniently close to Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi, which is excellent for easy access to the holy site. The room upgrade from deluxe to junior suite for free was a pleasant surprise, but the cleanliness of the room was below expectations.
I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and well-equipped rooms at the hotel. They were more spacious than expected, but unfortunately, they tended to be very cold even when the AC was turned off.
The hotel's location near the Haram is excellent, making it very convenient for visiting the Prophet Mosque. The rooms were quite compact and not as spacious as expected, but the service staff, especially Hassan and Manager Adel at reception, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The dining options were fresh and varied, offering a cozy setting for families. Overall, a good value for the proximity to important religious sites despite some room size limitations.
The hotel offers a mix of positives such as intimate and beautiful room decor, spacious accommodations like a junior suite and a twin room, and some drawbacks like an immediate room eviction request at an inconvenient time. The service stands out for their care towards guests, friendliness, and helpfulness despite inactive paid parking. The location is great with quick overcrowding but excellent assistance, cleanliness, and proximity to haram, making it one of the best in the area. Dining excels in variety and service but faces challenges with seat availability due to high demand.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated but had some cleanliness issues that needed attention. The service staff at Arrival and Departure were hospitable and lovely, while others seemed a bit aloof. The location was excellent with easy access to the mosque and friendly waiters at the breakfast service. The dining experience was good overall, but there was room for improvement in comparison to other hotels.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there were issues with the housekeeping service. The staff was a bit hit-and-miss, with some welcoming individuals but others lacking in customer interaction skills. The location was convenient for accessing the Mosque entrances, but there was a persistent smoky smell from the cooking. The dining spread was impressive with a lot of variety, but cleanliness and hygiene levels were not up to par in some areas.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, but I was hoping for a nice view, which unfortunately was not provided even at 9 pm. The food was delicious though.
The hotel rooms were very capacious, clean, and well organized, connected with central air conditioning, but unfortunately terribly small. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there were some discrepancies in promised late check-out arrangements. The location was excellent, offering a variety of dining options and a convenient proximity to the Haram. The dining experience was not up to par with expectations.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a separate sitting area, but the first night was a bit small. The services need improvement as they were slow, and the rooms were not properly cleaned.
